Pasta & Pinot was an intimate five course tasting menu highlighting hand rolled pastas & curated wine selections presented by Fiore’s Executive Chef, Marie Lavizzo-Mourey.
Originally designed as a Father's Day event, Bourbon & Burgers was a rewarding night of handmade specialty burgers and a top-shelf bourbon flight. The Fiore team and I brought in liquor representatives to perform deliverables of table side samples of Juliette's Peach Liquor and Blade & Bow Whiskey, as well as a cigar connoisseur to warm up in the Fall.
A friend of mine and a guest chef at il Fiore, supporting Kyle Timpson in journey of participating on Hell’s Kitchen, was a no-brainer! Although we didn’t get the turnout we’d hope, this event became our most-liked post on Instagram.
When il Fiore launched in August 2024, it was only right to throw a celebration. I organized and invited 80 local influencers, news journalists, and Fiore’s VIPs to come together to try Fiore’s new food, cocktails, and interior. I also researched and partnered with local businesses, American Trench & Skirt to provide giveaways.
A perfect partnership between il Fiore & Skirt Boutique to host fashion designer Johnathon Simkhai. We invited 40 of Skirt’s VIP clients to celebrate over past hors d'oeuvres and specialty cocktails.
